This sounds awesome! I'm hoping I can find it on my next trip to town. I really like the idea of this evolution of gin! Another great episode!

Oh my gosh that’s so awesome! I heard you were working at a distillery in Vermont and did not put two and two together! Looks like I’ll have to come visit!

I've been adding 20-25g of medium toast american oak cubes per liter to my gin. Leave that for 4 months and the oak shines through. delicious. Unfortunately tom cat is not in Australia no results at all. Definitely going to try it with honey. Cheers!

I saw that today at a liquor store and passed on it for now. I kind of regret that choice after watching this video though, however it was a $55 bottle here and with out the ability to sample it and without a direct plan to get it I was a bit hesitant. Definitely plan to try it in the nearish future.

I was pleasantly surprised by it! If you're a gin/gin cocktail fan, I recommend giving it a try! It's about $50 by me, but their regular gin is only around $35... I haven't tried their regular gin, but if you decide to give that a go instead, let me know how it tastes!
