I can relate. I have sacral/lumbar arthritis and 2 years ago I broke a rib and the pain was horrible, plus my back pain had been worse since then. Rest up and be gentle with yourself ❤️

Thank you for your reply Angie to her comment above. This was my question as well due to this sponsorship. I was surprised as well. I do love my cookies and cream highlight but have it on stand by. I wish they ie Ofra would have put out more of a statement of an apology that was more informative to the consumer. It felt swept under the rug with the owner being “removed”. Same. That balance & brighten powder is the only powder I trust for my dry skin. It's one of the only powders I can use to set my undereye concealer a little bit, and not have the concealer darken at all(I am extremely pale with dark purple blue circles and deep set undereyes, so that matters to me!), and not make my undereyes look like im dusty and cakey. This is holy grail status. I'm definitely thinking I need to try the liquid blush here and the marble ones.

I love how you said, "what channel do you think your on?" in regards to your dramatic eye look. I'm always loving the dramatic looks and I too am a huge fan of color. I will say though, that today I used both the pastel yellow and the pastel pink from your Oden's Eye palette with the light pink shimmer on top, and the darker pink on the bottom lash line. I always take a break when things happen to see how thing unfold, to see how brands react and that similar things don't happen again. I personally think holding brands accountable is to see a change, and give them the chance to show they can do better. And then it's up to everyone to decide what they want to do with that. :)

Even as an oil monster - the Aurtic Glow Lust is absolutely unmatched.... it's so perfect. For mixing especially!! Pyrite - even just colorwise is absolutely gorgeous!! But I am debating to get a little lighter one for days I want to glow more but have more color contrast - it's became an instant absolute holy grail for fall and winter for me. I would search for it and honestly my makeup didnot look as good if I didnt use it either mixed with the foundation or under/on-top even

This made me sad too, as far as her support of Juvia’s Place. I just became a member, but I’m starting to question because I’m realizing where her alliances actually are. Ofra has shown no real progress and neither has JP, yet she still stands by them regardless. I like the auric best of any of those glowy base products I've tried. The Charlotte tilbury never sets and it makes your foundation transfer so badly. The auric looks great under, mixed and over foundation. I want to try this combination.

Seeing the side by side of the face powder was astounding! That’s a money making shot right there, I hope your check is in the mail! 🤣 I am hoping to see the 2 new highlighters along side some Ofra standards to see. I never knew if the OG Rodeo Drive was for me, knowing it is neutral helps, but I’m still stuck between it and the light version. Going to be keeping an eye out to see it next to Glazed Donut and other light ones from Ofra

Glazed donut is like pure white with a bit of golden to it. I am fairest of the fair and I am just not into that light or icy of a highlight anymore. But rodeo drive is much too dark for me. I do wear my pillow talk highlight more than glazed donut(I just prefer the slight pale pink to white gold) but if you like champagne highlight you should check out those comparisons. Heck now im interested in looking at comparisons. Temptalia's website has been the best resource for cross checking swatches in a pinch. I haven't seen anyone do these comparisons yet but maybe I just wasn't looking for them.

You can still get zoeva on beauty bay but their deliveries are terrible they only seem to ship your item after your first complaint and then you get it within three days or so but only once you have complained about your package not being shipped yet over a week after you ordered it I've had this problem the last few times I've ordered from beauty bay 😞 which is a shame because I love some of beauty bays own brand products

If you want your eyebrows back use Grande Brow...you must to be consistent and apply it every night during 3 months then you can do 3 days a week. Believe me, it works but yes, is expensive.

I picked up the new ordinary eye lash serum and wow. It’s half the price and works great. I used grande before and it really worked then I found the ordinary a new launch and it works better I think. It’s worth a look at. 💯😊

I am not sure I see a huge difference in the highlight shades, especially between the original rodeo drive and the new deeper Brentwood shade. But maybe it makes a bigger difference on the face than in the hand swatches. Either way, all 3 shades are obviously beautiful. What does it mean when a KZbinr says a portion of the video is sponsored? Maybe I am being dumb, but I can't figure out what the difference is between "a portion of this video is sponsored by" and "this video is sponsored by". I am always curious about how these things work. Great video as always! 😀

On camera it looks like the blush disturbed the foundation and bronzer but maybe it's just the lighting with the moisture from it making it appear that way. It almost looks like there's a dark ring around where you put the blush down.

If retinol dries your skin out too much they recommend sandwiching it, so putting down moisturiser before and after, or in your case eye cream. Also you should only use it a couple of times a week initially. I made the mistake of assuming I could use it every day as it's a gentle one but you have to build a tolerance to it and to find out how your skin deals with it, so I made my nose peel a lot! Now I use the 1% from Paula's Choice which is the same as the Murad one I was using but £20 cheaper, and I only use it 3 - 4 times a week and always at night, never morning. Then on the other days I use brightening or hydrating serums and moisturisers. This keeps my skin in good condition without the crazy dryness that the retinol can cause. For reference I have very oily skin on my t-zone and my cheeks are getting dry as I just turned 44. It's a great ingredient you just have to take it slowly and figure out what your skin likes.

@@kkbay88 I can use that product every day but then I gradually built my tolerance to retinol. That formula is quite gentle, so if you still have it I would try it once a week to start with and see what happens it may be that your skin doesn't like one of the other ingredients in it. Oh and remember you must wear SPF during the day as it makes your skin more sensitive and sun exposure can cause issues. If you still have problems then I would try a weaker retinol like the ordinary 0.2% one and maybe like on your inner lower arm as an allergy test so you can see without spending a lot of money if retinol is the issue or just the glow recipe formula. So many of us have done the same though and thought we could use it every day immediately and dried our skin out! My flaky nose was not a good look 👃🏻😬 and it took a while to settle!

I grabbed Sunstone from Auric and it’s a great neutral if your interested. Sam just added that not too long ago. Still love my elf better maybe because it had a base ie more coverage. The bang for your money on the elf. The Tik tok girl I laugh so hard at yours. 🤣🤣

She also says she never cancels brands she just takes breaks from them. Which she did. Also I totally understand why someone would decide to not support ofra anymore. However the way I see it most if not all brands especially the bigger brands aren't owned or ran by the best, most morally sound people. We just don't know about it. I guarantee most of the big brands are owned and ran by older, white men who only care about money and most likely are morally bankrupt. Also not every person who works for a brand is a bad person and they make their living working for this brand and if the brand were cancelled until they closed a lot of people would be out of work. I hope that made sense. It's not my place to tell you you're wrong about which brands you don't want to support and I'm not trying to.

At first when it all happened I said, Ofra never using again but they did step down and in fact all large makeup conglomerates are owned by white men and I guarantee that most if not all support right wing agenda but like you said there is no way of telling who does what with all these brands. Angie is like the 4th person I’ve seen now do a sponsorship with Ofra for this new collection.

I always take a break from a brand when problematic things are being brought into light, and I took a 1,5 year break from Ofra. Since the owners have stepped down (it can be really hard to 100% get rid of owners in a bigger company with shares, we have no idea what's going on behind the scenes) and since I have not seen any similar behavior. I always try and give brands and people a second chance, to show that they can grow and be better. :)

I really really like Angie and have watched her since 2016. When I heard her say she is being sponsored by Ofra in the beginning, I was sure I misheard. Angie must have said Oden’s Eye, I thought. I am definitely really disappointed and feel like this is out of character for Angie. She doesn’t even talk about Ofra anymore, except random times to acknowledge someone’s collaboration. As recently as 6 months ago, Angie was still on a break from them and only held onto friends’ collabs. Nothing has changed with Ofra as a company in almost 1.5 years. Angie did a pretty decent job handling the Juvia’s Place controversies, listening to viewers’ feedback before deciding to take a break from them. And now an Ofra sponsorship? Feels like it came out of nowhere and unfortunately left a bad taste in the mouth of this POC immigrant viewer. I wish you the best, Angie. Like you, I too hope to see Ofra get better and properly remedy the issue - but it hasn’t happened yet. I hope you find many more sponsorships in the future from brands that you support and genuinely like. You deserve better than Ofra.

I love Angie too, but she never really took a break froM Juvia’s Place because she has always stuck by them from the beginning, so it doesn’t surprise me she did the sponsored content with Ofra unfortunately. People glossed over the Juvia’s Place situation even though it was handled extremely poorly as well as they still do not use Asian influencers or models. They insulated their Asian customers and got defensive instead of apologizing. I love Angie’s channel, but it makes me so sad how she is so steadfast despite the Juvia’s place situation.

I'm having a dilemma. all my ColourPop glowing lips and lip tint crayons are melting cuz of the heat. Can anyone recommend some way to store them so they don't melt? I tried putting it in the fridge but the product became too stiff and tuggy.
