Most of the clips you don’t know is from their 2013 show American Hustle Life (AHL). Can’t believe you guys are not aware of that show 🤣 One clip where Jin was fishing sth out of the sea is from the same survival show where he was scared of the grasshopper, called Law of the Jungle. He’s one of the 2 biggest scaredy-cats in BTS but he fit in that show like a glove. He showcased a lot of his hidden talents there, and all of the participants still talk fondly of him and his great manner afterwards. Together with Running man, that’s a show I think treated BTS well and fair. One stupid show (dont want to mention name) that baby Kookie went on outrages ARMY forever where they bullied and mistreated him (he was still a fetus and so affected after that). It partly caused them to not attend many variety shows thereon, which is a “norm” for Kpop idols where they will become household names. You can therefore argue that BTS is famous worldwide! but if you ask an average Korean, especially the older gen, not all of them know BTS as well as other groups. But as a result we have Run BTS! to more than compensate for other mediocre shows (no names drop coz they dont deserve to be mentioned). Again, BTSxARMY only have each other. Many in the media shamelessly crawl back once BTS went big. But who cares now, ARMY got their back to infinity and beyond 💜💜💜

Actually a lot of the older gen (koreans) are aware of BTS according to street interviews I've seen since BTS is featured on news regularly bec of their achievement and now became a national pride. One online channel did yearly street interviews on BTS and its interesting to observe the growth of their visibility

The kidnapping clips are a part of American Hustle Life. It's super old and cringey in my opinion but watch it if you want. It's basically them going to America and learning how to have a hip hop persona. The boys have said that the fear in the kidnapping part is real because they pretty much had no idea it was fake at first and it happened their first night in America and most of them knew very little English so they were super confused at first.

I’m scared of spiders. One time I stepped on one, but like...my foot landed exactly so that the spider was trapped between my toes, so it was still alive, and for one horrible terrible AWFUL second I could feel the spider moving between my toes. It was absolutely horrifying and that single moment haunts me to this day 😭
