I think what I don't like about this product is that you can see the shiny backing. You don't get that with the rub ons. But I love that red card! 💛😊

Oh Natasha, I did good there! But for us other humble card makers it’s good to see that mishaps befall every one, even our beloved Natasha. But it’s the overcoming of these mishaps, that’s where the creativity really shows! Love this card!!❤❤❤

Yes, these transfer remind me of the old decals we used to be able to get. I would love to see more videos of these transfers and also rub ons. They are quite effective on a simple white card. Thanks for the hints & tips. The card is so pretty. 😊

I love that little card and had a giggle while you were having a think! We have all been there haven’t we. Thanks so much for the info about the differences. As ever, your creativity never ceases to amaze me. I would never think of chopping the original into little pieces but it’s a great result.

Thanks for explaining the difference between the transfers and rub-on’s sometimes it can be so confusing. Great save on the card. I was working on a small picture album and made a mistake and thought I would have to start over, then my brain kicked in. All I had to do was cut piece of card stock glue over the mistake and use a rub-on and I was good to go. 🥰💕

I think one lesson learned here is that sometimes less is more, the card looked perfect and then you tried to improve on perfection lol, I am glad that you were able to save it, I have lost count of the times I have covered mistakes with something else. My most common is to get dye on my finger and then touch the card and leave a smear!!
@dianeb.47914 күн бұрын
It’s always amazing to me how we card makers can rectify little mistakes!! I always like adding a coordinating image or paper inside, but this change in plans to cover up the splatters is worth using the rose here and not inside. A very nice card, Natasha…you give so many good ideas every time! Thanks!

I love the design of the card, the colors, everything. My only problem with these type of products is the shiny backing of the images on the matte paper to me looks weird. The same with the PET tapes, even if they are so popular these days. I don't mind the images themselves being shiny, that looks really good and makes the card nearly professional looking so I would love to use these but only if they would come pre-cut, closely following the outline of the image.
