2 and 3 probably won't have much of an ocean view once the buildings in front are built. Or maybe it just looks like that in the video. 4 is by far the best one.

first of all: best surf edit ive ever seen, holi shiet. secondly: i was in tampah back in 2019 :D i would choose lot 4. remember the view beeing insane from there and i liked the fresh breeze that it caught since the spot is right out there

Definitely Lot no 4 :) it’s a great idea to create some sort of creative space! Tampah should also think about creation of some cowork space - especially nowadays when more and more people become digital nomads!

Lot 4 so far B! It seems to have the best height for a nice infinity with that awesome bay in the back, best sun moments as well and it should facilitate nicely various levels in the house.

Plot #2 depends what construction is planned in front of it, walking distance to the ocean definitely an advantage. My personal favorite plot 4 and the original Benni plot.

Lot 4. If you get it right you won't get any future builds blocking your view. You have a wider view point. You have the road in front, so greater distance of neighbour below. Neighbours either side will not be interrupting your view either as you will be forward of them. Maximum breeze with block jutting out like that. FABULOUS 👌

Lot 2 oder Lot 3 are the best choices. Lot 1 is on the end of multiple Lots and these lots might cut away from your view. Lot 2 is the center one, so I probably would prefer Lot 3 with more distance to the neighbors on one side.

Best creator in the game 🔥💪🏽 As far as the lot is concerned I’d choose between lot , lot 4 and lot 5. Lot 2 and 3 are yes above the road and not below however they’re quite low with little view and if I’m not mistaken there will be seaside collective in front of it. Lot 6,7,8 are quite hidden behind the hill therefore there won’t be much light in the afternoon I believe. Lot 5 is at the top of the hill but quite far back. Lot 1 is high up but on the far right. Lot 4 instead, has a house on top and the road below however it is in the best position possible and you probably will have privacy with the house covering the outside area from the sight of people in Villa shibo.

i would build Tampah Hills House Project high up , because of the chances of a Earthquake up to 9.1 and Tsunami wave, that has happened before. i would make sure that the house is constructed so it can withhold the high magnitude earthquakes, and basically have a saferoom if u can't do that. atleast i would have had this consideration before making a judgement of building a house Anyway love you Benny!

Lot 4 has so much potential. You could have a underground garage that opens up on both ends of the road so all you have to do is "drive forward" and you'll pop out on the other side. Also it wont interfere with the house or "have to make/find room" on where to put the garage!

Lot 4 as in my opinion the best viewer but you gotta be careful with how tall the building on the slightly lower hill in front of you is going to be. Wasn’t a big fan of the other lots

I finally got to watch this vlog (sorry for being so late on it!). It's so insane wathing the Tampah project going on! I love the idea of asking your friends to join this project with you. When I saw the Lot1 my brain went straight into imagination mode. The things I visualised myself went insane. my question for lot 2 is that the view is amazing currently but will there be any buildings or structures blocking that view eventually in the future ? since it's not as elevated as lot 1 you might have a clearance issue no ?

Tough call between 1 and 4 for me, higher elevations help maintain the view as well as better for wet season. Out of those #4 edges out as I love the sunrise and can then enjoy the mornings. What about morning/afternoon breezes? might be worth considering for natural cooling. I am more curious about the quality of the internet here. You mentioned you wish to make it a hub for creativity and I believe in a view on Jon's channel years ago it was mentioned it will have decent internet connections, is this still the case? Would really open it up for telecommuting/remote working for those with the means.
