Hi Marcus. When you are playing a game provided by the publisher, I quite often hear you say, "So you'll have to take what I say with a pinch/grain of salt". The implication is that your thoughts on play will be coloured by the game being "free". I'm sure that's not the case. is it?

Nah - but a good point. What’s usually happening with these kind of games is that I actively ask for those (I don’t get stuff just sent to my house 😁), so I typically have an idea and am somewhat certain I might enjoy the game. So it may sound I am overly excited about everything (which I am most certainly not in fact). Ultimately I only want to be clear that I got the game „for free“ but there are never any strings attached. I never got a sketchy ask to speak „positively“ about a game though but again: want to be transparent.

@@realjplay Maybe the thing to say is, 'The game was free but I won't that colour my judgment'. 🙂 I love the game by the way but nobody else in the group does. Shame. What's not to like?
