17:40 beautiful souls, this resonated with me and felt the urge to share something that has helped/is helping. Someone suggested to re-write my records. Do this I wrote a letter to my dad. I wrote the letter to the dad I wanted. I re-write our history by writing about situations that occurred but how I wanted him to deal with it rather than how it was dealt with. All this is very new to me and I'm giving anything a go. I took wish I had found my spiritual side a long time ago and also releasing A LOT of cycles. The letter helps me more than most things. What has also helped is realising the closest people that hurt me had to do those extreme things that hurt to the core in order for me to cut ties no matter how difficult, because if not they would be still controlling my life and dictating who I am, what I want and how I live. Sorry I wrote a novel, I'm a true Yorkshire women (if you know you know lol) I do hope this helps even just one more beautiful soul. Love to everyone ❤❤❤❤❤❤

Thank you for your authenticity and raw emotion. It is telling of just how difficult this journey is. Yes we are separated from people we feel we have a deep connection with, but ultimately it is because spirit decides its not in our best interests, and that our mission is more important. Spirit will replace those not ready to meet our frequency. Life is an experience, not a waste. It's what you do with that experience and how you move forward with the knowledge gained from that experience. It's always the right time, people just don't recognise that what is difficult now, will just get harder as time goes on, and if people refuse to learn the lesson they may be left behind and replaced by a more equal counterpart.
