Anna - your videos have become an integral part of my spiritual/meditative practice. Sometimes it is passive, and I sit and listen, or maybe journal, and sometimes it’s very active, and I practice along with candles, incense, crystals and self reiki. Dear Anna, I've been following you for over six months now and just LOVE, LOVE, LOVE you and your sessions. To answer your questions at the start of this vid, I have acquired SO many beautiful crystals inspired by your sharing and using them in these healings. (most recently angelite, lapis lazuli, amethyst). I also got a selenite wand!!! A friend saw it the other day when she was visiting and did a beautiful magical blessing on me using it. I have also started making my own spritzer formulas - again, totally inspired by you- and mixing in different aromatherapy scents you have suggested. I'm so sorry you're going through that! I think it could definitely have to do with any of that. It sounds like you're holding a lot. I would suggest rose quartz, smokey quartz, or carnelian stones. And give yourself space to feel it. Hope that helps!! Big hugs xoxo
