Full playthrough of the arcade game Lethal Enforcers 3. Sound is now fixed!! The game has all sounds and music!! It's rendered at 4k, and outputting 16:9 proper aspect ratio, not 4:3. All the 2d loading screens etc are stretched, but all the 3d is 16:9 AR. Teehee :) So, 4k playthrough for your viewing pleasure.
Game is working well now, hopefully TP will add and release it soon for everyone!

This is a somewhat rare concept in arcade games where you race your companion not just in score but in time as well. Both players have separate set of enemies instead of shared enemies, the faster you clear them, the faster you advance the stage. It penalize players who are not accurate, not just in demotion but slowing down to reload/cover as well. So the strategy is to be as accurate as possible and reload only when necessary. I dont see many arcade games that have this ammount of focus towards competition. Usually its just whoever can chain the most combos or who can shoot the most accurate, resulting in players using both guns without a friend. Love to see this kind of game structure in the future, hopefully.

Some of these concepts are not as rare as you think. The competition against your opponent maybe, but a lot of other arcade shooters have sets of enemies that will match your ammo capacity, and you have to clear the waves in sets that you can only do with 100% accuracy, if you miss and have to reload, you will get punished. Games like house of the dead do this, also another game that requires high levels of skill and accuracy is Operation Ghost. Scoring highly on that game is incredibly difficult! They increase the difficulties on sets of enemies to more or less impossible to make you spend more moneys.

it's stuff like this that makes me wonder how the hell America let arcades die. i never knew Konami made a third Lethal Enforcers until now. it's kinda weird that this isn't FMV/digitized like the old ones, but the 3D is fitting with the timeframe (and man, did this deserve a PS2 port - although i wouldn't be surprised to find out there actually was one). i think, even if they kept everything in Japan when localizing, it could be a cult hit in the West.
