Even before this patch, I was always tempted to go PD 2nd or 3rd due to the same build path as Navori, but I always went for the latter due to the passive making Q's go even lower after it hits it the 1.33 CD limit. As of the past week I'd been going Navori first into IE on the normal server, but even with the price changes, I think I'll still go IE. This whole time I've been going Fleet just to be extra safe(especially against lane switches with surprise ranged champs like teemo). As for LETHAL TEMPO, even when it existed, I hardly ever used it since I was hanging out in botlane as Yone and needed all the sustain I could get from the pokes. Maybe I'll start using LT now outside of bot. Speaking of botlane, those duo moments with Lux at 8:09 and 9:25 is part of why she and Yone work so well together, especially when it botlane, I even uploaded some of the madness that happens when they're together in bot: kzbin.infoKbLSmxCkp_c

No need to go Berserker's Greaves with PD, you get +41 MS with just PD alone, which is basically like having tier 2 boots. So you can just rush the PD and then get your 2nd item (even with the nerfs, IE is probably still really strong because you hit 100% crit at 2-items with this buildpath and the crit damage amp massively increases crit Return on Investment).

I really like conq, but I feel like it will never be the right choice. In harder lanes you will take lethal tempo. In easy lane (like a sol) you might take letahl tempo aswell, because you can snowball much easier I feel like. Also I think Bork will still be the best. I mean, its bork

I’m new to league so what does lethal tempo do now? Give more range to melee on max stacks or? Btw I hate those new tower shots they look too modern. Atleast make the tower look more modern too

Against tanky champs yes, bork doesn't do much against squishys early on

Nah, phantom dancer / navori is better in extended trades damage wise. Bork is extremely nerfed now. If your going for anything its probably kraken

I think the best first item has to be Bloodthirster now, no? It has a good amount of AD, life steal, shield, and is the only item that got buffed instead of getting nerfed. Just go two daggers (Got cheaper) into B.T. The remaining requirement for Attack speed can be fulfilled by Tempo.

BTs shield hardly comes into play when your AS is low earlier in the game since you need to be at full health and you won't attack fast enough to get the shield. It's really great as a 4th or 5th item though, by then, your AS is so high, that you can actually keep the shield up vs anybody that isn't an ADC, since you need to be at full health for the shield to proc and they can't break it fast enough. It's also insanely good for solo'ing Baron or Drag since they too will be too slow to break it.

A partially good example I have is in this clip where I instant triple killed, you can see I had BT as 4th item, and just after the ult stun, I was able to use that moment to balloon my shield up to nearly a 3rd of my HP(although some of it was the W from hitting 3 champs obviously).
