Steven Seagal's Above the Law got a funky saxhophone like this in the soudntrack. Actual movies got generic soundtracks, that sucks. Back in the day, every movie got a specifc music, a particual theme for every character.

So true. It's like they couldn't afford to pay for the sfx and other production costs AND hire name musicians like Clapton, Sting and Sanborn (Sax). Making films like LW actually a classic. Which I think it was/IS. For "buddy/cop action/comedy films".

Love this movie. The first time I saw it was in 1987. I was walking down Monterey Blvd in San Jose, Can and I looked across the street and there it was.....on a drive-in movie screen. Mel never looked so good! Mel on an over-sized screen? Give me more!!! Soon later on I bought the VHS tapes and wrote the date on it and I still have it in my collection. However, I do have all the Lethal Weapons on DVD. I will always keep my first Mel movie❤️

Now, let's talk about the BEAUTIFUL Mel Gibson......any woman who has any taste in men and can not resist that beautiful face and stunning eyes.....that is why a lot of women go GA-GA over him. Now, Lethal Weapon is a good movie, not my favorite. But it is enjoyable. Watching him onscreen does put a smile on my face. Obviously all fantasy. My loss. But I enjoy his acting abilities more in Conspiracy Theory, Ransom, Hamet, Braveheart and Tim. I can not stand his Road Warrior movies. Nothing but macho crap. Even though he is beautiful, I don't care. I will not watch them. So..... SETTLE DOWN! DON'T BE SO MUCH OF AN ASS! DORK!
