Good practice for aerial control with the ball. Take it up to the tallest point in the tallest tower with 1/4 and 1/2 gravity, and then let it drop, and keep doing that until you are able to master that, then go from their to 1/3 - 3/4 gravity and do the same. Then 3/4 - Full gravity.
