I got mine in 40 days because I upload documents late in self service ..earlier I was not aware about that … month has been passed and then I checked self service and they require high school transcripts ..after I upload documents I got my offer with 1-2 days

Offer letter is different buddy and LOA is different, it’s basically a letter of acceptance that college gives you once you have paid the fees.
