Whoever is operating that loader should not be in it. To many tire rotations, dumps are too high, spinning tires, bouncing the machine. Very expensive operator.

@@fredold Learner for that machine or in general? Not trying to be rude, with anyone new to operating any piece of machinery, they should take a NCCER course. It will set them up right and put everyone in a good position.
