Steps cutting with a felling saw: 1) clean the blade. 2), check cutters and sharpen. 3), check your handles for cracks. 4)clean the tree of dirt and debrief. 5)slowly cut across tree. and 6) Make sure the guy on each end doesn't push LOL. Always draw, draw, draw, draw and don't push or apply pressure on the other end! Early 1900's and back, were hard working people compared to today. Dad and I fell trees like that and pulled them out of the hollow with a draft horse.

One of the reasons I haven’t been watching KZbin, I’ve just been so tired out, took me about 6 days to stack 4 face cords by myself with two broken ribs and a messed up back!! I’m looking into a pellet stove!! Loved the video Dan!! It was kinda like one of suggestions!!! ❤

I’ve got three old two man saws. One my daddy gave me 40 years ago and two I bought at an Amish flea market. Today, if you can find one they are very expensive. Happy New Year from Jacksonburg W. Va.
