Stellar show & coverage! The top cars are comparable on both coasts, but I think there are way more mediocre cars here on the East Cost for sure. Most wrapped cars I see are on trash like clapped out G35's. We have plenty of clubs with flags, shirts etc that roll together, but they're generally nationalistic (all euro, JDM or domestic) or single model (Pontiac G8, MKV Supra), so that's probably why there wasn't a presence at Hday. Looking forward to rocking that shirt when it arrives!

Had to jump on here and give my 2cent real quick there is lot of Hondas Dayumm still I do if the quality is as good as Joey meet but that pandem and spoon civic those are incredible builds and I that black eg with glow in the dark wheels haha fluorescent green wheels was gas , great combo . And the drag race is only cool if your showing times , that’s why filming drag races can be tricky , but it was nice seeing some run 8sec

Me being old school i favor the NA B Swaps but can see if you want HP you gotta go K Turbo. As far as the whole WC/EC thing WC has emissions that are a pain compaired to EC so I can see where that would hinder things. EC love their Preludes and Fits but they are getting scarce. Youll see more Fits in foad racing. Didnt get to make it this year thanks for the video.

I had a TSX with a K24 that was sitting for a couple of years and my wife sold it to this place called quick pick for $500 the interior was clean except the driver’s seat peeling on the one side. Lucky I still have my CL.

This is definitely quantity over quality. I know lots of clean Honda that will not attend Hday. Wekfest in NJ and the Collective are the best shows for quality Hondas. This event has always been about drag racing.

Yo you came all the way from California? That’s dedication! I came from Connecticut, seen every Honda even the drag civics in about 4 hours, I always see every Honda at Hday. We also have an Hday in New Hampshire but it’s not as big as the Maryland one. I wouldn’t be surprised if the west coast had a better Honda scene, there’s more wealth out there. Both coasts are good for different things. The speaker set up is popular among Dominicans, it’s a part of the culture, they even have battles called Chipeos where they park in a circle and compete for the best sounding speakers. It’s always a vibe!

Had to come back to my roots. I grew up in the DMV area and HDay was definitely worth the flight. Thanks for the info on the stereo setups that was new to me. It was interesting. It's hard to do a direct east vs west since both do builds differently. But I do enjoy seeing the different styles

I just can't dig the whole east coast scene. It's like no matter how hard they try, they still have that kinda 'ghetto' flair to them..... like, it's missing something. It's not like the west coast where the Honda scene is deep-rooted, back in the 90's when dem Asian folks be putting it down with their EG's and DA's hanging out in empty parking lots on late Saturday night with folks bumping 90's freestyle music! Just..... east coat feels like they don't understand style yet, sorta like that cousin from Virginia that comes visit you in California and he looks like he's 10 years behind and tries too hard to fit in. Just a different vibe that is just not me, the east coast. Maybe it's that whole Big Pun DMX vibe thingy that just throws everything off. Damn, I'm harsh.... but just being real with my opinion. Hahaha. I think folks know where I'm coming at. :P
