I don't think Dubois is the fastest thinking fighter in there and falls into a basic rythmn with no real variation. I think Joshua is far more switched on and better equipped to exploit mistakes and that's where the fight will be decided. Dubois will fall into a trap or make a mistake and it's over. From a fan point of view and asking for a perfect scenario I'd love Dubois to survive into the half way stage and then when Joshua's explosiveness has faded a little with fatigue Daniel starts applying the pressure. If he can get up close and work away with volume punches this will be fascinating because we all know Joshua gasses and needs to take rounds off or go for a walk to refill those huge lungs for the later rounds. If Daniel can throw 3 punches to every 1 AJ throws the scorecards will start to swing and then we have one exciting finale down the stretch.

AJ in 5. Dubois might have his moments, but AJ will hit him clean and close the show. Regarding the jabs, Dubois stands square which increases the power of his jab, but also shortens the reach. AJ is more accurate, longer and faster with his jab. Dubois might have more trouble landing his jab and particularly the double jab than he expects.

Excelent analysis, an assertive and well paced AJ will win this match 10/10. Now things certainly will not go perfect and once some of that pace is not the ideal for AJ and/or his assertiveness takes AJ too far too quick or he becomes “back footed” and slow, this may give Dubois a little gap, and then tables may turn. Now for this to happen Dubois must bring a different strategy then “let’s survive the first 4 rounds and hope for AJ to gas out”… let’s see what happens! can’t wait

100% counter right straight down the pipe as Dubois rushes in upright.. Be surprised to see round 4 to be honest, you can see how hyped Dubois is, Joshua got under his skin in that face off. He's going in there all guns blazing and getting folded up like Ngannou did. Maybe a round or two later but the folding will occur, no need for the knee this time.

Hrgovic was cut 2 weeks before the fight and would have almost certainly have pulled out but the money was just too good . Its was Hrgovic that pushed the pace thinking Dubois would quit . Everything Dubois does well plays into Joshua’s hands and he only has a puncher’s chance. The phrase is you don’t hook with a hooker ffs 😂 . Povetkin is also technically excellent and Joshua found a way . Dubois hits low and leads with his head constantly so I hope they have a strong ref
