With your hob if you have drawers underneath open your top drawer and you should be able to push the hob up far enough for you to be able to wipe the edges properly x

We have the hoover & after a year of having it it just as stops working halfway through cleaning - it’s always fully charged so just be aware x

Hey lovely - have you tried contacting Shark? One reason I got a shark was because I heard amazing things about the customer service. My friends hoover packed up one day - she'd had it a few years, no box etc but dropped them an email and they literally sent her out a brand new top of the range one as a replacement!! So definitely give them an email about it because it shouldn't be doing that after a year! 💖 xxxx
