My grandfather used to drive a school bus and would keep it up at the farm I grew up on. I was in charge of washing it so I had a very strong memory of cleaning those lights and their placement. Lol

_Navi Jr._ is lookin' good, Mike. One thing: Turn signals on a fast blink indicates a blown bulb. Look for an open in your wiring. That is, if you didn't install LED bulbs during the re-installation. LED bulbs draw so little current that, while they operate effectively, the test circuit indicates a blown bulb. One suggestion is to add resistors at each bulb. However, I don't like to do that as I actually like that the LED bulbs on my truck draw much lower amperage. On Ford's, there's a parameter that the dealership can configure to ignore the blown bulb circuit, thus returning the turn signals to the normal/slower flash pattern. One way to test is to use your emergency flashers. These ignore the blown turn signal bulb circuit. If the emergency flashers flash slow and the turn signals flash fast, you've just isolated the issue. Best of luck man!

new LED's would be my first thought for the lights, especially since they are getting spray foamed in Deck. If I remember correctly you mentioned putting it on the roof like you other bus. Have you considered Side mounting the deck? So that it folds up mounted where you placed that boards it would leave the entire roof area for solar. Possibly even a fold-up that hinges at the roofline which would double as an awning to provide shade to the bus as well as at as a deck

Yeah she's looking great now. You might want to consider doing the front fender flares in black but it's still nice the way it is. I'm a fan of closed cell spray foam & try to run most of my wires through flexible plastic or vinyl tubing in case there's ever a wiring problem and I have to pull new wire or extra wires. You just spray over the tubing which then serves as a conduit. I've seen people spray their foam over the wires, cables, and water lines & it drives me nuts because it makes things so much harder to repair or add to.

I have been watching your channel for a while and enjoy what you do. I am a man probably a little older than your father and i have had a dream for over 40 years to build a bus. Well i bought one and i am just starting the remodel. The bus is a 2008 mid bus handicap with lift Bluebird. I was wondering what brand of paint you are using on your bus. Super excited to see a new video from you this morning. Bus looks great. Curious when you spray foam the interior do you leave an access panel around the tail lights should you ever need to change one if it cracks/breaks etc? Also not 100% but the drone shot coming in of the bus showed a bit of a color difference between the hood and the side of the bus, another coat on the side perhaps?
