LETS GET ZEN!!!.....With Absinthe & A Water Painting Board

So today I thought I'd try and get myself into a zen state by trying Absinthe for the first time and using a water painting board. Now Absinthe might be a strange option for a zen style video, but apparently people used to hallucinate and all sorts when they were drinking Absinthe, I'm not sure I totally got into that kind of head space today as I think it would take a lot of Absinthe for that to happen...but I also think that would be a little risky to say the least! The water painting board was a pretty cool idea though, not sure I would benefit from something like this because I do have a hard time relaxing, but I can definitely see the appeal! But let me know what your thoughts are on water painting and Absinthe, have you ever drank Absinthe before and did you see any fairies!?

🤣😂🤣I have howled at this. As soon as I saw Absinthe in the title I new we were in for a treat. Only ever tried Absinthe once, it was back in my 20's we had decided it would be a good idea to work our way along the back shelf of bottles behind the bar. Absinthe was about the 3rd bottle along, I didn't get to try anything else, ended up quite literally crawling out of the nightclub on my hands and knees then sat in a gutter for a good couple of hours trying to figure out which way was up😵‍💫🤔. Never touched it since. I totally understand where you're coming from about being in your own space and talking to yourself, I do it all the time. I am a pisces🐟🐠😁

I relax by talking to myself too Ant, and yes, I'm a Pisces! My self convo's drive my family mad! Especially my hubby lol. Poor guy is going deaf, so he's constantly saying Eh! What! I drive him nutty hahaha. After 29 yrs together he's used to me by now, but I'm getting weirder as I'm growing older, are you Ant? Are you finding yourself doing strange things that you can't explain, like going to bed and talking to your tablet whilst watching KZbin? Lol, or having convo's with the dishes and cutlery as you are washing up and putting them away? Nope? Just me then? It figures! Hahaha. The first time I drank absinthe we did the whole ritual of lighting the sugar cube on fire, etc. Needless to say, it led to a small carpet fire and me being ditheringly drunk. Oops.

Um yeah. I talk to myself out loud all the time. I have tasted absinthe as they spell it here. I have a tiny bottle several years old. Not opened coz I’m chicken lol 😂😂😂😂. The activity is cool for kids I think.

This is such a chill video but please treat yourself to a real absinthe! Like Blanchette, Lemercier or even Segarra. And add much more water, it sould look torbid and not transparent and it should not burn at all. Sorry, I'm a bit of an absinthe nerd, but the difference will be dramatic and totally worth it

I’ve never had Absinthe, it can’t taste worse than Icelandic “Brennevin”, translated as “Burning Wine” It’s a special treat usually consumed with bits of fermented shark 🤢

I have a random question while we're on the topic of contemplating.... Have you or anyone else who reads this, had their smart phone in their dream? If you remember your dreams that is. Because I can't remember having mine with me in a dream ever. I also don't know what that means I'm just curious if its the same for anyone else. Im also a pisces and totally know what you mean. Even when I'm relaxing, I'm not really relaxing. I'm thinking about things like, do other people have their phones in their dreams... lol I would have loved to try the old absinthe. I think in the US, its even harder to find any that contain the original ingredients.
