It was such a good idea to add the photos and your own notes. Sometimes these companies think we overreact but we are spending so much money. I am so glad you got your money back. I just had issues with my mini bumbag and let me just say that I didn’t feel all the great after dealing with LV. I hope you find the perfect bag ☺️

I'm sure it's a great relief on your part to return the pm. My pm is just standing inside my closet, untouched for many years. I got disappointed seeing how the bottom part lost its shape, especially the corners. Thanks forsharing your experience! and can't wait to see what you got! 💕

Looking at some in the preowned market, the misshaping seems to be a thing. I also see wear on the handles most often. I am not sure what I’ll be getting to replace it! For sure will update once I purchase a new piece.

Hi ! Thank you for such detailed video ! 🙂 clearly, fashionphile is not candid with describing items they're selling...initials, tarnishing, and that cracking leather trim...😔. That's a lot...that's too much ! Besides, they need to have a good mess there, if card they put inside says that in composition there is vachetta leather 🤣. That's great your case closed happily 🙂. So instead of that one you are planning to purchase Capucines wicker ? 🙂

Thanks Kassia! For sure. Looking back, I think that it is still priced over for the details but a pretty bag nonetheless. I know the quality control with the extras. Cool that they include everything the bag came with but that card was not needed. lol. I asked my CA but haven’t ordered. I feel I have to see it in person.

I don’t think you’re over explaining. You clearing uu derstand that there’s going to be some wear but they should have disclosed the slight tear and most definitely the the initial stamping. I think you did the right thing by returning it. You paid a lot of money for it even if it’s not new.

Girl tbh it is a hit or miss with FASHIONPHILE I recently purchased a Chanel mini purple square and the dust bag that the mini came with it was not an authentic dust bag in my opinion the logos from Chanel lettering, literally peeled off. Once I stuck my fingernail under the letter C it popped off. I did the same thing to the letter H and I noticed it was all stickers. I contacted Fashionphile they did send me a new back due to me requesting for one the dust bag that they sent me for my handbag was not even the size for it. It seems like it was for a pair of Chanel shoes so I’m going to return the Chanel bag. It sucks because I really did love the bag itself but I really don’t want’t to keep the bag if it didn’t come with an authentic dust bag.

Thanks for sharing! I would have probably reacted the same way! Nice that they were willing to send something but if it doesn’t work then yeah. For sure get your money back since it is not the complete package you had purchase. I was looking at a coco handle from them but I’m scared! Lol

You buy pre loves depending if you want to add insurance on the item you are sending back this is definitely going to be my last purchase with them this scarred me lol how they are not really brief with description plus the handbag smelled like new Nike shoe something was definitely off lol 😂

Which is wonderful for them but not so hot for us. I like how they have a great selection of items but I am trying to stay away for a while too.

Did do know that Naomi Paris’ bags are not authentic? Just thought I’d share. Anyhow, although it’s a bummer that you received a damaged bag from FP, it’s actually a blessing in disguise because these bags are best if purchased from LV in case you encounter these issues, they can replace or fix for you and it’s on file. These bags are too expensive to purchase elsewhere. Good luck on finding the perfect bag!! 💕

No. I wish it wasn’t the case because it was really pretty. But totally agree with you in that after a certain price threshold, it is just better to go in to the boutique for purchased rather than pre-owned.

If the savings is not more than $1,000 than retail, it's not worth buying on Fashionphile.. and if you can buy new and you know that you are very picky about the quality then buying new is the way to go. It's not so difficult to figure out because if you are going to spend $7K or close to it.. just buy it new. OY!

It was ~$3300 in savings so I considered that a deal. FP didn’t say that the item had hot-stamp initials. Otherwise, I would have kept it.

you werent over reacting, but i'd never buy a 5.000 bag with no warranty, you spending that much save and buy from lv , as if you have an issue they will fix for free or replace.
