I have combination skin also and by the time I set it I didn’t even realize it was dewy?? and I set with huda so maybe it’s a difference with the banana powder, overall I like it but I’m definitely gonna get a lighter shade

I usually wear the same color as you. I got 385 foundation and 360 concealer. I have banana for under the eyes and Honey for all over setting powder and I love it! I have oily skin and I naturally have to blot throughout the day... my norm. Great job Shayla!

I love the concealer and powder! My skin is dry and it literally works like a dream. The only thing I had to do differently than you is not bake with it under eye because it's too matte. I think your face came out beautifully and the bob is perfect for this look!

Hope honestly I don't recommend baking for dry skin. I typically use a big powder brush and lightly dust powder on my face. If I bake or overdo it on powder it will age me.

I think incorporating wear tests in your reviews will be extremely useful for us. Let us know how it wore throughout the day/sweating/eating/shopping etc or wearing it for a couple days & sharing your experience also really helps. How do you feel your under looks with the powder? I felt the powder with this concealer was making my under look extremely dry and enhanced my fine lines. The concealer for me was on the thicker side but creamy and doesnt fully dry down. Also it creates a lot! I used the powder with a different concealer and LOVED it. I also used a damp sponge to press the powder into my skin. I also like it a lot for an all over face setting powder. The concealer is really nice for an eyeshadow base. Overall I like the powder a lot and could do without the concealer, but since I have it I will keep using it. I like 390 for concealing.

I had this exact same problem. the concealer and powder looked horrible together on my under eyes - it creased like crazy and then the powder made my under eyes sooo crispy. But I tried the banana powder with my too faced concealer and it was beautiful and I used honey powder to set my foundation and it looked lovely. the powder is a yes but the concealer is a no.

There’s a shade called honey that’s darker than banana and looks like a warm dark yellow. I think it would make a beautiful under eye setting powder for those in the late 300s and darker.

I am Normal leaning dry and I cannot do the foundation but her shade range is impeccable! For a consumer line to come straight out w many undertones is amazing and still adding new ones! I'm seeing a lot of people in the late 300s and 400s get the Banana over the Honey. The Sephora site has a breakdown of what shade ranges correlate to what powder. I bought 360 concealer so I went with Honey. It is perfect! I believe Banana is intended for shades in the 200 range. Of course we can buy whichever we prefer but there are suggested powders for each shade groups.

I actually have oily skin and this works great for me!! It’s not Dewey on me but more natural look. I also use the powder but I don’t bake. There is also a shade or two that is more on the yellow side. I believe honey is one of them.
