You’ll Need -4 tomatoes -2 onions -Some Garlic, Green Chilli & Ginger -Fresh Coriander Leaves -2-3 tbsp Oil -1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds -1/2 tsp Rai -Pinch of Asafoetida -2-3 Dry Red Chillies *add these in oil along with ginger, garlic & green chilli paste, cook it *Add chopped Onion and cook on medium to low flame *now mix salt, 1 tbsp Red Chilli, 1 tbsp Coriander Powder & 1/2 tsp Turmeric with 1/4th Water, add this mixture in oil and cook well *now add chopped tomatoes and cook *add fresh cream and cook very well *add water, ratlami sev, sliced onion, tomato and coriander leaves and cook everything very well *finally add kasuri methi, garam masala and Enjoy Your Yummy Sev Bhaji🤤
