guys this is how you to catch mewto first get 60 pokemon if you got 60 pokemon battle the elite 4 then oak will give you national dex then go to 1 island then go to the center talk to the scientist he will give you a rainbow pass then find the ruby and sapphire if thts done the man blocking the cave is gone :)

+Shubham Bhagat Depends on the passes, For the remaining Sevii Islands, you get that by gaining the national Dex. The mysterious islands however require events which happened when this game launched or hacking. Sadly, not many ways to get the events with how Nintendo and Gamefreak have always distributed event pokemon.
