Hey idk if you still need this but I’ve had to fix a vita from scratch so if you want the fastest shipping times Amazon only has basic things like joystick replacements but they are not cheap, around 20$ for two sticks, a little less for just one For a shell, and a backplate with the touch pad already in it would be on Ali express This would cost you around 15$-30$ depending if you don’t want the back touch pad pre installed The vita is stupid expensive 🥸

a word of caution. be careful about following what he did in 1:30. it's better to pry open around the middle part of the top side (instead of the L & R buttons) because that's where the casing actually snaps in place.
