😮 Sir I have a question if you have 💯 tshirts that's 400 press time 🤔
@LovesBranding Жыл бұрын
Yes. Unfortunately, this is a big bottle neck in the process. I see a lot of people getting a conveyor dryer or a second heat press to reduce the time it takes to press.

Is it possible to throw a pretreated t-shirt into a clothes dryer to dry?

Hello thanks for the great info. My problems are printing on bright hue shirts say light blue. I’m using a Kothari based rip. The hue of the shirt shows through in the blacks because the software won’t put down white in those spots. Any suggestions I know garment creator will lay down more white. I’m torn between the fact I spent$$$ on the rip and the solution might be garment creator. Thanks
@LovesBranding Жыл бұрын
I believe there is a way to print white under black in Kothari. I would have to check the specifics but it involves choosing the setting for the shirt color. Because on black shirts, it wont print black and white shirts it'll just print black no base. If you change the option to either dark color or color shirt, it should print the white under a black.

Can you help explain what determines how much Pre Treat to use?
@LovesBranding5 ай бұрын
The best method is with testing on a sample shirt. What I do is test different amounts and cover up different parts of the shirt so I can test 3-4 different amounts on a single shirt. Then print it and cure to see which amount works best!

Have you ever hovered your heat press over the printed shirt before fully pressing to cure? I like to do that to better dry the ink, esp. for graphic heavy or larger prints. I am considering getting the Hotronix Fusion but am wondering how easy it would be to hover the platen over the shirt. Thanks.
@LovesBranding Жыл бұрын
You absolutely can! I've found if you hover it or let the ink sit for a bit before pressing, you'll get better color verses pressing immediately. It's a small difference but its worth the additional time in my opinion. The Hotronix Fusion is perfect for hovering since it swings away and the platen also can pull out. The top platen sits about an inch off of the bottom when not pressed down

Hi, We’re new to this and have a mister T2pro and use the FireBird pretreat liquid. We have tried pressing it and not pressing it but no matter what we cannot get the pretreat to wash out of the garment when we’re done. What do you suggest we do? Thanks in advance

hello, how many grams or ml of pre-treatment do you use on the t-shirts? And how hard do you dry the pattern in the heat press, medium or high?
@LovesBranding Жыл бұрын
Each garment is going to be different depending on the thickness of the material. For my machine I start at 18 bi direction but I'm not 100% on how much volume it is.

It’s really cool of you to help fellow decorators! I’m just getting into the DTG game and am wondering how you like your Epson F2100?
@LovesBranding Жыл бұрын
I just want to share what I've learned through trial and error. I'm glad its helping many people! I really enjoy the printer and definitely think its worth it if you are looking to really jump in. There is a big learning curve so be prepared for that. Some insight, personally I believe Epson may be releasing a new printer because they typically are around $15k USD to purchase but recently were on sale for $12k and now they are $10k. Great deal, but it is a big investment.

Would you agree that too much Pre Treat is not a bad thing as long as it's cured [Dry] when your ready to print?
@LovesBranding4 ай бұрын
For me, I would get some crystalizing if I had too much pretreat when trying to dry it with a heat press. I wouldn't use an excess amount but there is more of a wiggle room than people thing there is. Just takes some testing!
@websurfer23444 ай бұрын
@@LovesBranding would you agree that a slow curing by means of heat would eliminate the crystallization? ( i.e. hot air).
@LovesBranding4 ай бұрын
@@websurfer2344 Could definitely test it, I didn't like air drying because it left the shirt feeling super starch-y. I have a friend that throws them through the dryer to evaporate the water in the pretreat but would still need to heat press before printing for the smoothest surface.

Hello brother, I received the Ecofreen T2 pretreatment machine. The valves of the 4 tubes is a sponge? because that's how my team comes, maybe the valves didn't arrive. How is your machine?
@LovesBranding2 жыл бұрын
Hi! I would reach out to Ecofreen, I bought mine used so I'm not sure what is supposed to come with it. It works great though!

Beautiful video. Would love to see how successful you could be if you used a better PT machine and different solutions! Also, there is no such thing a true universal PT, yet!

Great video. Is Mister T2 better than your full submersion setup?
@LovesBranding2 жыл бұрын
Thanks for watching! I use them for different situations. The full submersion is great for light weight shirts and large quantities. The T2 is great for any heavyweight garments like these shirts or hoodies.

My mister T-2 right nozzle won’t spray anymore…
@LovesBranding2 жыл бұрын
Try the ultrasonic cleaner with simple green! Worked for me. If not you could also try carefully putting compressed air through the nozzles. Worse case scenario, you can contact Ecofreen for replacement nozzles.

You will need to test different amounts of pretreat and different temperatures. I prefer light pressure and press a few times. There will always be some box but it should go away after washing.
