I'm glad this has been discussed in some detail finally.

I was looking forward to this episode, but it would be good to think before hand about what you want to convey by the end of the eps. I wanted to get some tips, how to deal with it for individuals not in a professional environment. It was good to hear that it is being discussed openly at that level, and the point about tracking the positives in the cycle as well as the negative is a good. Would have been good to know how the training is amended; you mentioned it varies by the individual, but some examples would have been helpful and maybe some ideas on what we can do. As well as understanding do these conversations lead to days off from training or matches - is that an easy conversation to have? Is it possible if you understand your cycle that you already know what days you're going to need off? etc.

They themselves seemed so uncomfortable talking about the menstrual cycle, we have SO far to go as women let alone getting the support and respect we deserve from men related to menstruation.

Anyone got Rosie Anderson's Instagram or something?

There was zero introduction to the one woman who is actually confident and comfortable even talking about a menstrual cycle. I find this so sad and frustrating as a woman. Does anyone on here know who "Rosie" is and her full name and specialties are so I can find more of her content?
