However, he uses a 2.6 Shaku-long katana that is supposed to be used by someone 190cm tall. If the katana is too short, it becomes too easy to draw, which is not good for training. Shogo.... How long will it take someone of a foreign country to train to be able to at least have his own school if hands on training is done directly with Seki Sensei?

It depends on your talent, how often you train, and if Sensei would like your personality or not, but it would at least take 5 years minimum!
