If you have a case of MAP and fertility is a desire and you close uterus with placenta in situ if the PPH is an issue could you do a cervical stitch as a prevention PPH with Tranexamic Acid?

What happens to the placenta which is left behind in the uterine cavity...??...will it stay there??? won't there be an infection??

Ma'am I have one doubt.. During cesarean section which segment of uterus is gonna have scaring.. If upper segment is affected but not lower. Then why lower segment adherent occur with placenta previa..

It is called `lower segment cesarean section for a reason
