And it's still in Early Access over 3 years later and from the screenshots it doesn't look like anything has really progressed. Also lots of very commonly used Unity assets from the 2016 and 2017 period to see if the game wasn't so dark and the headbobbing wasn't so terrible.

The real reason he isn't on the show is either death from heart attack, escape, or Josh forgot to give him food and water for a while, like, "I feel like there's something really important I was supposed to do... oh well! (Goes back to creating sadistic zoo/theme park/there's a theme here in the way he plays games/sims.)"

Not sure if you're joking or serious, but in case it's the latter: Josh says towards the end of the video that they're using it the way it was used in the movie The Interview (Seth Rogan and James Franco). In the film, it's used to mean someone who lures in another with kindness and/or friendship in order to take advantage of them somehow.
