Apki bike new hi hai , i feel apko apke bike ke sensors ke connection ko check karna chahiye, make sure kariye ki koi fault na hoo , agar bike ke saare sensors shi hain , usse case me , ap sabse pehle spark plug ko nikal ke deekhiye ki usska color kaisa hai , agar color tip pe halka white hai aur plus ganda nhi hai , toh ye shi maana jaayehaa , aur agar ganda hai aur tip ka color black hai , toh usska saaf kar ke wapas install kariye , plus spark plug me kahi short toh nhi hai usske liye bhi check kar ligiye , Then spark plug ka jo wire hota hai ussko bhi check kariye, bauth baar aisa hota hai ki vo ander se rusting kha jata hai jiske wajay se spark aache se nhi hota engine miss kar ke chalne lagta hai.. Baaki apke gaadi ke saare connectors jaise ki saare sensors ecu sab ka connectors ko saaf kar ke waps lagiye , kabhi kabhi gaadi washing ke time pe innme paani chala jaata hai aur fir moisture ke wajay se gaadi shi ke perform nhi karti hai... Agar ye sab karne ke baad me fark na pade toh fir ap apke valve setting check karwaiye , hopefully isse apki dikkat dur hoo jaayegi.

Mere hisab se kisi aache machanic se jab ap apka engine rebuilt karwaoge toh , first of all vo apke piston aur ring change karne ko bolenge aur bor ko usske condition ke hisab se use ya new lene ko kahenge, but what i want to tell you is market me pura set aata hai bore piston aur rings ka vo bhi factory assembled condition me by hero ap ussko lena usse apke vo sare parts hi new hoo jayenge price 2500 ke ass pass hai i feel .. plus ab aa jate hain ,valves guides aur unnke seals pe vo bhi apko original hi lena hai aur ussko kisi aache kharaadi se install karwana.. baaki agar apka clutch theek hai toh vo cost apka save hoo jaayegaa .. plus iss sab me total kharcha 5000 se 6500 tak ka ana chahiye including labour charges

AIR FILTER CLEAN KARNA. MAF SENSOR CLEAN KARNA. hopefully this will solve your problem.. Agar na theek ho toh service centre me jaake rocker arms adjustment karwana , kai baar time se saath rocker setting readjust mangti hai.

Battery disconnect kar dena 5 mins ke liye , both terminals , isse ecu reset hoo jaayegaa , plus spark plus check karna , clean karna , aur sparkplug wire ko check karna jaha pe plus ka connecter hota hai ussme agar rust mile toh vo bhi problem create karegaa , uss case me engile me missing hogi low rpm me , aur idle uneven hoga.

Exactly, thats the oil i use. But it is possible that oil wasnt the problem? Im using this 20 40w grade engine oil for so many years and i never heard that kind of noise. How will i know if my tensioner is busted? Thanks for your reply bro.

@@jhaybogorio6271 bro when you use thick oil , it travels slowly in the engine , hence contains more heat due more viscosity of the oil and its slow moving nature, reduces engines cooling efficiency and that prolonged heat will cause some damage for sure in the long run. i feel that is what has happened in your case.

Check engine oil, make sure it is 10w30, get your engine timing checked , and tappets adjusted , check spark plug , and then get your carb readjusted ,i m sure this will rectify your problem buddy 🤗

Agar tensioner ko fully pull back karne pe vo lock nhi aa rha hai , isska matlab saf hai ki tensioner kharab hoo chuka hai , but agar ye tensioner abhi bhi extended position pe lock hoo jaa rha hai aur peeche nhi aa rha toh ye abhi bhi use kiya jaa sakta hai..

No i haven't felt any weird sound or humming noise till now buddy .. this method has worked for me , and i feel this engine as it gets old starts to make noises from the head which do get very irritating and frustrating for the user to get rid off.. but i assure you buddy this method will work for sure and it is completely safe ☺️

For that i would suggest you to go for direct battery power for head light .. i did the same and the guy from whom i got this done did not even cut a single wire , hence my bike's wireing has no cuts in it .. plus it has enabled me to start my headlights from battery itself .. the should not charge more then 150 rupees for this job plus this will also unlock you a option to opt for led bulbs like i have on my bike .. so its a win win in any case .. get this done and your lights will not be dependent on engine rpm .. ☺️🤗

Basically this noise comes from the timing chain , on inspection it will bot look that loose but when the engine is in motion , the chain expands more then it should and creates noise...i would recommend changing it, i have change mine and now engine purrs like a kitten , remember to get you tappets adjusted at the time of timing chain replacement.

Open it , and look for the steel gasket , if it is not present , you need to buy one and get it fixed , if the gasket is present, in that case you need to put a light amount of gasket sealant on both sides of the steel gasket and tighten it back.. hope this helps.

I feel you choke is either fully or partially engaged all the time as you told me that you engine stalls , well firt i would suggest is get your choke wire changed ,then inspect you spark plug , i m quite sure your plug will come out very dirty covered in sut , clean it properly and reinstall , if possible install a new spark plug , inspect your air filter .. clean it and then the final step , get you carburettor re tuned .. follow this and i m sure your engine will purr like a kitten ☺️👍🏻😎

I tell you a hack .. pull out your choke wire , and dip is over night in some diesel or kerosel oil , this will loosen all the rust and will make is move inside it outer casing easily , reinstall it back in the bike .. it will work like a charm 👍🏻

Chaiye , coz white smoke ka issue toh engine oil ka combustion chamber me fuel ke saath burn hone se hota hai ,kahi apne bina timing chain tensioner install kiye gaadi ko start toh nhi kiya tha , coz iss condition me gaadi ki timing jump hoo sakti hai , jisse apke valves galat time pe open close honge. Aur engine smoke produce karegaa..
