They've since apologized to her for this. I THINK it was literally her first time playing the game, period, and they put her in a video where everyone was utilizing almost all of the GTA experience skills: map knowledge, flying, parachuting, combat, ect. Extremely unfair to her and not a great content move, leading to a lot of the toxic, asshole bastards in this community to rip her for, let's call it "poor performance" in this video. That really upset her, and rightly so. The situation she was put in sucked. What WAS a great content move was the video where Gavin shows her the ropes in GTA. So freaking funny; very reminiscent of how awesome your first few times playing GTA V were. I think everyone in GTA would agree they should have done that first before videos like this.

She can be good in GMod...occasionally. But GTA is really not the game for her; all the rest of the AH crew has been playing GTA for years and have tons of cars and weapons. Fiona has a pistol. Why they aren't simply having her buy stuff and level up off camera I don't know, but having to add a bunch of restrictions on everyone else just so she can be in the video is lame for the viewers and embarrassing for her. Poor choice all around.

I've just realized, lately Matt has come to occupy the position Gavin used to hold way back in the good old days. No matter what he does or does not do, Matt has become the punching bag for the rest of the office. Whenever something goes wrong, whether it's Matt's fault or not, they yell at Matt. When Matt does or says something wrong or that doesn't make sense to them, they all unload relentlessly on him. And whenever they need to take out their anger in a game or real life, Matt seems to end up on the receiving end. The scary part is that he still doesn't get it as bad as Gavin used to.

Todd Ferguson I agree that Gavin absolutely tended to deserve it more, but even then, the abuse towards Gavin was often more severe than what happens to Matt. Hell, there were plenty of times where it extended into physical abuse (not real abuse, obviously). I don't recall Matt ever being constantly farted on or tackled/wrestled by the others during a video. Although he does get moonballs thrown at his desk a lot. The point is, Matt seems to have taken Gavin's place as the primary punching bag. I'm mostly amazed that it took so long to happen.

Not wanting to start anything, not defending Fiona, though some of you are taking it too far with some of the comments. Fiona does know how to play games, but she mainly plays on PC, which some of their Gmod and TTT videos takes place. It's hard for someone who's used to mouse and keyboard for years to grasp the concept of using a controller. Most of you saying she's a "thot" or "fake gamer", don't remember that most of the people in Achievement Hunter didn't know how to play most of the games. Some people are used to certain types of games over other games. You can't really expect someone to quickly learn a game they've never played in a day or two. That's like expecting someone to know how to play a certain sport you like, but they're not familiar with. Remember, it took a while, not a short while, but a while for all of you to actually like any of these people. Even Jack said during one of the Off Topics, he's trying to help Fiona out of her shell and be more active in videos so she could be familiar. Someone is helping her, we just don't see it. You can't expect someone to be godly at a game they've never touched. Just give her time. The games she's used to is Overwatch and Tetris, which she did good at from what I heard in a recent video. There's moments where I find either Jeremy or Matt annoying, but I don't go off in the comments saying how I wish they were fired, cause there's moments that redeems them. I'm sure Fiona will find her place in Achievement Hunter, not sure what it'll be, but she'll soon get there.

I'm not one of the Fiona haters, but if they're not gonna get her properly knowledgeable about the game, it seems like there could be other things for her to be doing. Then again, maybe the only time she's ever going to get to learn the game is in videos. It's a tough situation, but I just really want to see her be excellent and enjoy the game.

Alright, I’m going to be honest here; I’m not one to go after Fiona. Normally, she’s really fine, occasionally she does something that makes me wonder either why she is here or makes me laugh. In this instance though, she’s gone for most of the video, rarely speaks, and doesn’t really partake in the hunting. Honestly, she didn’t have to be in the video at all. I actually forgot she was even in the first hunt because A. She wasn’t talking, and B. She didn’t try to hunt Matt at all. She does better hunting the second time, but still; improvement is much needed. I think she has a place in AH, but it still needs some work.

I wanna make a suggestion for the next time they do this. Make it more like the book. Basically everyone stays in the woods, on foot only, no map at all for anyone (if it gets too hard to find anyone, then turn the map on), everyone gets one life. Huntee can only use melee weapons until they get their first kill, then they get a pistol like everyone else.

An idea for a GTA video (sorry if you’ve already done this): Everyone gets a Deluxo and races through the subway system... but they have to stay in flight mode! I’ve tried it in single player and it’s not as easy as it sounds. The best part is that while it may not be the easiest to pass people in some of the tighter tunnels, you can still fly over them! Adding a whole different dimension to normal GTA races.
