I dunno if they can be in a car with muggers anymore. There was a video way back when with Ray chilling with a mugger in one of the dune buggies but Rockstar might have patched out that behavior. Every time recently when someone tries to be in a car with a mugger the other person throws out the mugger. They also couldn't get muggers to take their personal modded vehicles, which makes me think the mugger ai has a lot of limitations

Great places to mug that friends and I have found: - The giant bridge with train tracks that goes over the waterfall in the northern part of the map (west of the lake) - On top of a windmill - There are some areas in the map that work really well as an obstacle course where you can have the mugger chase you across many rooftops (various locations in downtown) - Really anywhere with a ladder or ways to ascend up something is always funny - I believe if you have the person getting mugged sit in the passenger seat, the mugger will mug them and then sit in your car so you can take them anywhere you want

Mugger Minigame idea: This will operate similar TTT or Werewolf (I know how much you guys like those games) Basically, one person is the person sending muggers after everyone else, and the other people need to figure out who the mastermind is before everyone's been mugged. Obviously no killing the muggers, but you could delay being mugged by running around if you see them coming. The tell that someone is calling a mugger would be them just standing idly somewhere, so lots of suspicion could be thrown around about who was calling a mugger and who was just standing idle as you do in GTA. And youd all have to be in a confined location, with places to hide and call muggers, but also somewhere where they can get to you. Obviously this idea will have to be tweaked a bit, maybe giving another objective to the mugged to make some urgency for the mastermind to mug everyone, and to make it so people have to be running around and not just staying in the same place to watch each other.

Can you call a mugger on yourself? There should be a way to avoid suspicion by trying to make yourself a target too, otherwise all everyone has to do is wait to see who doesn't get mugged

You can kite the mugger up onto the crane by calling him on one person and as soon as he gets onto the platform the player "takes the easy way out" then call a mugger on the person on the next platform and so on and so on... that way you take him up by baby steps....

I kinda wanna see a mugger olympics, kinda like the minecraft wipeout courses but instead the crew takes turns "escorting" the mugger from point A to point B but w/o being mugged enroute but being mugged at destination. mugger has to survive in transit but if he dies or mugs you at any point in the journey that would be how far that person got. Another point would be the whole thing has to be on foot to be fair for the mugger and you have can only begin when you spot the mugger at the point a. Lastly, the scoring system would kinda be "how fast you finished the race (like wipeout)" "how far the path you went to get to destination" and "how difficult the route you took to get to destination (difficult especially for the mugger)"

Advanced level. Catch the Train. On top of a train tunnel, get mugged into the train. Medium. Plinko. Find the highest point someone can get mugged at and bounce the body off of floating deluxo's. Easy. Speed Bummmps. Get into a small parking lot and park a car that can be stolen next to your victim. Then have them mugged and see how many times you can get the mugger to run the victim over in the stolen car.

It is possible to call a mugger on yourself, just go to Lamar in your phone and mash the A button constantly until the call ends. However the mugging I'm most proud of is the mugger getting a player inside a facility, did not expect it to happen and was so glad I was there to see it.
