Warning for Lindsay, there’s no point in mashing as fast as possible, it doesn’t give you a longer struggle time. So just meet the minimum or a little more because if you do it too fast it reads it all as one button-press and kills you because this game is spaghetti-coded

The reason Lindsay and Matt might have died on their second hook so quickly in the first round could be from them hitting the struggle button too quickly (though in my opinion, the struggle button being something other than spacebar- like maybe just c or v-- is a bit easier)

As a dbd player, consistency is more important than speed (but speed is still kinda important) . If they miss a beat, or pause, they get killed. Jack or someone mentioned he heard matt stop for a second, and he was right.

I've noticed that Jack just has stopped trying to win in these. He's always been the more casual player that wasn't as good as the other competitive people, but in the beginning it was blended in well with Geoff and Gavins big fail moments. Now Geoff is gone and Gavins still the slapstick failure comedic relief while Jack is just struggling to compete, so I have to say I love how he's just taken up the roll as troll pretty much full time. He knows he has lower odds when facing Ryan, Michael, Jeremy, Alfredo, and Fiona, so he's just making the most out of it and contributing what he can and he does it really well. Good on you Jack.

Them talking about people taking the game too seriously reminded me of the last time I played the game. I was the Doctor and was being a little cheap by patrolling hooks, because they wouldn’t go for the generators, and they got so mad at me because I was keeping them from getting their friend, which is the point. The tried to threaten me by saying they’d report me for griefing. It was kinda sad how seriously they took the game. In all honesty, the only had to leave their friend and get the generators, instead I just ended up getting an ace.

I really didn’t have to go far to find one, they then proceeded to invite me to a party to yell at me, despite them being morons who were horrible at getting away. If they wanted to win, they’d be split to get generators, or cooperate to get the hooked player. I’d hook one, and there’d be another right there.

Certain survivor perks will make you the obsession. Red herring perk makes it so if you're on a generator for 3 seconds I think it is, it will make that generator pop if you get into a closet to pull the killer away.
