The fire, which is all over the place, will catch on that wood and if it puts the fire in the portal space, the portal will activate. The hard part is usually to just get the fire near the portal, but that place is covered.

You know, I have an idea for a Let's Play: Village Defender. You have to build 20 more houses for a village, all in survival, with Geoff or someone spawning dozens of zombies every night, spawning more and more each night that passes. You are allowed to se your spawn, but not allowed to sleep the night away. You have to defend the villagers so that they do not die, and if one does die, you have to build the village bigger until they villagers start to breed. Lose all of your villagers, and you lose. Each night the Spawn Master spawns another 10 zombies, on top of the natural zombie attacks on villages.

Honestly it'd be cool if they left Achievement City like that for a while. I kind of like the idea of major status quo changes in the LPs every now and then. Ryan joining way back whenever was a big one. Achievement City getting expanded was another, and obviously Ray leaving, as well as Jeremy joining. It's cool that you can almost divide the LPs into seasons based on the way the state of AC evolves.

He stepped into the dark corridor and descended the ladder to his secret room. As he stepped into the light of the room, he grabbed the ceremonial bow from its place on the wall. He notched an arrow and let it fly. The stone tip thudded into a small sketch of the creature he'd slain. He walked up to the arrow and looked up. Countless more arrows were stuck in the wall, driven through the images of every known monstrosity the land could offer. The Mad King smiled, looking at the remaining two images. "Not long now" he mused. He traced the outlines of the green monster and the fish of stone. "They will be mine.".

A good idea to add to this would be each player has to kill a specified other player at the very end but no one knows who each other has to kill. So when you get to the end you have to hunt your player without them knowing or if they find out fight them

You know, you'd think after Michael messed up the first version of AC, before they switched to the backup, they would've made a backup of the backup. Clearly, they thought that things wouldn't go horribly awry twice in the same LP. But, when the first world-breaking event happens at the very beginning of it, you should probably consider the possibility of it happening again during the chaos of the actual game. Oh well.
