awesome, that's a great compliment as that's how I hope it feels for you guys watching the vids! :-)

I watched some other lessons for this song, but the instructors made the strumming pattern so complicated. What you presented sounds great. I think the main thing is getting the up strums in the right place. That's what really makes it sound like it should. Thank you! 🎸🤘

Hi Matt. I’ll have more time to study your excellent lessons starting this weekend. I’m leaving the warm, dry sunny desert 🌵 tomorrow for the cold 🥶 North where it’s dark and raining ☔️. Yes, I will be back to practicing most of my waking hours until my escape South again next February.

Thank you so much for the video I wish there was a way for me to play drums with you right now I’ve been dying to find new people to play along with, I’ve only been able to drum on an electric kit because of where I’m living. there’s a couple of videos I put up drumming to some covers on my channel but it’s not as fun as having a person to play along with, but I will learn this on guitar instead, thank you again it’s very much appreciated, keep them coming.

Great video as always!! :) May I make a suggestion? You already have everything put together here, what do you think about a "tab-edit" similar to what SparkyGuitar does? What I mean is just play a cover of the song with the tabs to go along. For us seasoned guitarists, I get much more out of something like that over stepping through how to hold each chord. Just a thought. Eitherway, I love the channel and your great taste in music! :)
@LetsPlayAll2 жыл бұрын
Thanks mate! It's sometimes difficult to strike a balance between beginner and the more competent guitarists for lessons so I try to find a middle ground as best I can. I've just checked that channel out tho, great content but looks like the covers with Tabs are only available to paying Patreons, at least for the newer vids I could see. Covers and the accompanying tab do take a while to put together, there's a lot of time that goes into that, especially tabbing and editing, so I can see why that's paid for content. The intent for me was always to make the lessons accessible to everyone for free and the Patreon community massively help to support and keep the channel going, but I can ask if it's something they're interested in as a reward for any cover versions I've done. Appreciate the comment, suggestions for improvement always welcome :-)

Nice guitar what name and model of your guitar brother
I think the e chord should have the e&b strings on the 3rd fret (022033) not sure the name. Give it a go see what you think?
@nenadbozic48163 жыл бұрын
Was just about to write that, that's the exact Em chord for sure.
@LetsPlayAll3 жыл бұрын
I did put in the third fret on the B string as you defo hear that Em7 in places, but yea I did toy with the 3rd fret on the E so he could well be playing that, but just went for the Em7 rather than the full wonderwall chord :-)

@@LetsPlayAll haha 'the wonderwall chord', brilliant 😁

@iloveCMJ12 жыл бұрын
Yeah, you’re not playing the correct em chord. Em 7 plus the high e string on the third fret is the correct chord.
@LetsPlayAll2 жыл бұрын
Fair enough, I was weighing up between the wonderwall chord or the em7 haha, unfortunately you can’t edit these once they’re up. I should’ve double checked the MTV unplugged, thanks for the correction tho! 🤘😊
