Times like this my hatred for people is at an all time high. Selfish and panicked and only out for themselves. Got people from Nashville (where many cases have been confirmed) driving to my rural neck of the woods in TN to stock up on our resources in our stores. Keep your sickness at minimum contained to your own county and preferably your home until this passes. The world does not revolve around you. Please and thanks. Oh and if anyone dares to explore my property for resources, I'll have you know we skipped past the TP and beans and went straight for the ammo.

@Calim Allah Considering COVID-19 is very similar to the common flu and other respiratory infections, I think it definitely matters. Viruses live in families, and since we have already seen our fair share of similar pandemics/viruses (e.g. SARS) our bodies have learned to fight off the whole family of viruses. Boosting your immune system is def more worthwhile than hoarding all the toilet paper, or even these face masks people wear. MOST people don't even know the safety precautions on wearing a mask aha. I see people touching the outside of their mask thinking that's okay, but that literally defeats the whole purpose of the mask. All Im tryna say is that by having a healthier immune system, you're more likely to survive this shitshow. :)

I don't have a carry permit so I have my knife and pepper spray. Sadly, I recently heard that a guy at walmart got stabbed over a case of water. Not sure if it was even in my state but either way if people are being this psychotic this early then self defense is a must. People are even stocking up on ammo to protect against potential theives trying to steal food. If people would just go about their usual shopping routine none of this would even FEEL necessary to even the most paranoid of people. I have a friend from China and her dad still lives there. I asked her if her folks are okay and she said they're fine and that China is getting better. So I've gathered that the majority of infected people are getting over the COVID-19 and the people dying from it are old, a small child, or already have a compromised immune system. I've heard that if you have blood type A you are prone to catching it but blood type O is safe. I'm O positive so I feel pretty safe from the virus but from other people? I'm concerned...

Why can't people be rational for once? It's not the end of the world, why can't they just buy a little bit extra of the essentials that they normally buy, and don't hoard it all! :( Two packs of toilet paper is totally reasonable if you usually buy one, 2 loves of bread if you usually buy 1 etc. We didn't plan for any of this craziness (dumb, I know), so we have our normal amount of groceries, and are a little worried that when we do run out, there won't be anything at the stores because of people panic buying. I know the stores are trying to restock asap, but then you have people panic shopping and creating lines outside the store etc. I just need to replenish what we already used from normal shopping, come on lol.

The guy in the first story isn’t wrong for being overly cautious because ppl panic way too quickly and can be very irrational and u should never assume ppl r harmless

We are having the same problems with people coming up out of NYC. They have all showed up to their hunting cabins with all their family including kids. Our stores have been pretty much cleared out. A lot of farms are reporting thefts of fuel and materials. The locals don't particularly like them anyway becaus 9 times out of ten the people from the city treat us like we are backwoods morons. Sadly they help themselves to other peoples properties while if you even walk anywhere near their property they become violent. Again 9 times out of ten. Recently we have had problems with the poaching of animals in our area and illegal hunting activities. Two farmers in a little town of 100 reported the death of 3 cows being shot and finding their stock had literally been butchered on site, most left to waste of course. I understand people are afraid but why is it a lot of times the aggressors are outsiders who think they are entitled to kill, steal, and threaten people of a small community.

That's when I start booby trapping my property and put signs up saying you be shot on sight.

That's " fear based aggression " and it is weak, greedy people that exhibit this type of behavior. Totally unpredictable and scary to deal with. We're gonna have our hands full if life takes a down turn. ✌😳 ( hide the tp and beans lol )

Troy McMahon Like saying “a blue car, don’t know what kind it was.” I can’t identify the brand of a revolver from a distance, and apparently neither could he. It wasn’t a statement worthy of 6 emojis imhooc.
@troymcmahon96074 жыл бұрын
@@KellyLoom1s A revolver has a chamber as where normal handguns have magazines (clips). Revolvers are synonymous with the chamber & speed loaders NOT magazines that's why its incredibly easily recognized as a revolver (regardless if it's a colt, magnum etc) not any other hand gun 🤣
@KellyLoom1s4 жыл бұрын
Troy McMahon and, just like there are multiple brands of blue cars, there are multiple brands of revolvers.

It’s funny I live in Texas and we hear about looting in other states around us but that isn’t a problem here. It’s probably because everyone is packing here and theirs an understood shoot first ask questions later policy around here when it comes to messing around with another person’s property. I guess the sayings true “an armed society is a polite society”...and trust me people are being very polite because no gun stores have any ammunition at all right now.

YO wtf. I live in SJ and drive hw9 (Boulder Greek area) all the time. I hear these story’s all the time, wtf. Haven’t ever heard a “genuine” encounter from anyone tho. Have heard sketchy stuff but always assumed it’s animals. I drive the roads all the time especially at 2am to later.
