It makes me kind of angry, too when people are on the phone and not paying attention to the road. Not enough to road rage. But still while they're on the phone they're endangering both of us.

Yea for that guy in that story it wasn’t about “teaching the dangerous driver a lesson”, because the irony would be incredible. It was about control. He wanted to be the one that control’s other people’s fate, not the other way around. I imagine he was a toxic and manipulative person towards any romantic partner who had the unfortunate fate of being involved with him.

i was stuck behind a slow car on my way home from work today and a guy came up behind me and was way up on my bumper. I took the chance to let him around me when i saw a long gravel spot right off the road so he could pass the car if he wanted. More importantly i dont want to get rear ended, the deer can jump out anytime around here and ive got the best tires i can have lol. He got all pissed off and tried to get me to pull over shortly after i pulled back onto the road behind him. People are nuts, was funny to get home and see Joel posted a road rage video right as i get home though haha

@queenb1119 9 ай бұрын
We get deer where I live too, they're especially bold this time of year. And I live on an island with only one road that's one lane traversing north to south. So, if you're stuck behind a slow car, there are very few places where you can legally pass. Sometimes I'll get an impatient driver who thinks being an inch away from my bumper will magically make the car in front of me go faster. Usually I just let off the gas and slow down. Luckily, it's a small town and while some drivers can be impatient, they're usually not aggressive and 9 times out of 10 I know them. It's harder to road rage with someone you know than a complete stranger 😅

This topic is bringing back SO many memories with an ex. He had the worst temper and no patience. Even being stuck behind someone going below the speed limit set him off. We passed a slow driver on a highway once and he gave her the finger speeding by. It was literally an old lady and some little kids. I felt SO bad and embarrassed! Another time, he tailed another driver for having brights on his ass. Revving the engine on them flashing his lights. Another incident he got the other driver to pull over and he jumped out and screamed at him in a 7-11 parking lot for going 40 in a 60 zone. I sunk in my seat trying to hide myself from being seen. It was a horrifying experience to see how angry a person could get over a little inconvenience.

As a biker people like the guy in the first story piss me off, I get his son was sick... But its not like he was in any danger, why distract yourself and risk the lives of yourself and others when you were only 10 miles from home? That said when someone does cut me up when im on the bike an apology does make things alot better so the guy who followed him is a psycho 🤣

Lol I've had an experience similar to the first story. People like that certainly exist. In retrospect I laugh about it but at the time I was terrified that he was going to get both him and myself killed (and possibly more people). Guy was repeatedly speeding in front of me and trying to brake check me in a 4-lane highway during rush hour at like 120kmh. His mannerisms and the way he flung his hand and arms inside of his car expressed pure, raw anger. It was INSANE.

***October 20th, 2024 Hey Joel! I just wanted to let you know that this video (8 True Scary Road Rage Stories) was uploaded to your channel on October 18th (2 days ago) but it’s not in any of the Playlists or Podcasts categories. I took a deep dive into ALL of the other lists too (like Scary Stories and Creepy Encounters, etc..). I’m going to have to listen to it straight from the list of stories that go from the newest to the oldest stories uploaded, which ALWAYS has a few UNWANTED and sometimes LONG ads. When you listen to a story(s) in a Playlist or Podcast, there are ZERO ads. I just thought I’d bring that to your attention 😁 Joel, you are my #1 narrator of the horror story genre, or honestly ANY genre! You are a TRUE STORYTELLER which 99.9% of horror genre narrators ARE NOT! I have been listening to LET’S READ for nearly SEVEN years now and have L♥️VED watching you and your channel grow! You found your perfect groove about 4 years ago which showed EVERYONE that YOU have THE SMOOTHEST VOICE out of ALL NARRATORS across the board! I STAYED AWAKE just to watch your Subscriber count go from 999,997K to 1 MILLION that night! You DESERVED to hit 1 Million Subs more than ANYONE ELSE on KZbin, BY FAR!!! I am SO PROUD of you and how far you’ve come! I will be here when you hit 2 Million Subs! I hope you and your loved ones are staying happy and healthy! Love from Texas ♥️🤠🌴

As one of the two men depicted in this content’s thumbnail image, I want it to be known that, though that imagine certainly appears menacing, it really is not. The other gentleman in the picture had been drivingly poorly, and later would even thank me for bringing this to his attention. What you’re actually seeing in the thumbnail, is our so-called confrontation ending roadside with me playfully giving the guy a noogie. I followed up with a wedgie, but that went undepicted, which is probably for the best.

I live in Ohio and there's a lot of road rage here, too. I had some dumbass tailing me because he was in a big fat hurry to be who knows where. I wasn't going slow, 75mph in a 70mph zone, plus had a car in front of me doing the same speed. We were in the left lane because the right lane was full of semis. It was around 5pm so not surprising. My exit was coming up so I had to get behind the semi. The semi in fromt of the semi I was following turned his turn signal on to get into the left lane because he encountered a slow vehicle, bit as he is getting over he either didn't look or he couldn't see the car that had been up my ass earlier and was running him off the road. What I find perplexing was the car didn't beep at the semi to let him know he was in that lane. He was literally almost into the wired fencing, it was a bit scary because I thought there was going to be an accident, but the car slowed down and let him pass. Maybe it taught that car a lesson in not being in such a hurry.

I know it's an ad, but... The earliest known record of wine is from China, circa 7000 BCE.

Guess my husband has low key road rage He just runs his mouth at ppl who will never hear him. Therapist says he's manifesting anxiety bc he can't control the other "idiot" drivers

I’m sorry but the first guy sounds like he’s the problem not the victim. Like 100% he was the problem. The police were probably like, “So you almost crashed for being on the phone? And you stayed on the phone? And he was following you and did nothing wrong? You were speeding? Sir don’t call us again.”

Uh, yeah he screwed up but the other guy was a nutcase who was following him to obviously do him harm or kill him. I've been cut off before but never did I follow the person afterwards aggressively. Someone making a mistake while driving does not justify someone attempting to kill you.

@Justin0807 don't be overdramatic. Probably just wanted to teach him a lesson in paying attention next time

@@roadreapervideos7001 Following him in an aggressive manner goes beyond just "teaching him a lesson" Honking your horn would have been enough to let the guy know he screwed up. If there had been an accident on the way home, the other guy would definitely have been at fault.

“The guy was driving dangerously therefore it made it okay for the other guy to drive equally as dangerously.” Love that elementary schooler level logic.

Thank you! I thought the comments would be lit up by that last one. You were already on your phone watching someone in front of you swerving in and out of oncoming traffic. How do you not think to call?
