My diet plan. 6:00 - wake up 6:30 - oats milk 7:30 - fruits 9:00 - breakfast 11:30 - fresh juice (or) buttermilk 1:30 - lunch 2:30 - sleeping 4:00 - tea 7:00 - dinner 10:00 - sleeping Most important stay hydrated

எனக்கு பிடித்த கருப்பு நிற புடவை நிறைய இருக்கிறது. ஆனால் பிளவுஸ் பிரச்சினை .வாரம் ஒருமுறை பிளவுஸ் போட்டு பார்த்து 80% சக்ஸஸ் 👍 .இன்னும் 20%மட்டுமே இருக்கிறது. அதையும்100%👍பண்ணணும் அக்கா.இறுக்கமாக இருந்த சுடிதார் இப்ப பயன் படுத்துற .உங்களுக்கு தான் நன்றி சொல்லனும்

Hi sis,I'm having a one mon baby, this s my 2nd baby.my baby started to cry a lot if I feed,I'm having a doubt tat my milk s not enough for my baby so I give formula immediately to stop him cry.it goes on ,now I feel tat my milk has decreased bcz of not feeding him properly..but I wanted to breastfeed fully without any formula.pls suggest me

Morning 30minwalking +15min slow jagging Bakery food ,white sugar ,oil food eduthuka matom Morning millet Idli dosa.varagu samai upma,chapathi,ragi adai Afternoon rice +veg normal food..
