Okay, first of all great video. Loved it! But I disagree with the last sentiment. Each and every human needs atleast 7-9 hrs of sound sleep to live healthy life. Being sleep deprived would lead to: 1. Anxiety 2. Less focus 3. Less reaction time etc. So, I just want to say instead of sleeping 6 hrs and waking up early to study. Why not use the time you have in te daytime to its fullest. Also make the hours you study intense. Study Smart not Hard!

Obviously have 6-7hrs of sleep on a short term would work. But I wouldn't recommend it a long term strategy. And I also said study smart not hard. So, concentrate 100% while studying and you wouldn't have to study for long hours! 😀
