Dave was always so good with kids. I remember being young and telling my Old Man that I wanted to be able to do something to get on there. And even though some of the jokes flew over my head, I knew he was funny and so affable, and as a New Yorker could at least pick up early when he was being a lovable smartass. Got see him live only once when he introduced PJ to the Hall of Fame, but got to tour his studio at NBC. I'd like to shake his hand.
