I was used to be like that,but don’t give up desiring to change. Don’t give up on asking God to help you. You will fail and fail but God is so good that He will take it away from you. I listened to that twice and going to listen again. It started to soften my hardened heart. Anger Welled up both times which makes me know Satan has a deep root in me, but I needed to hear this. Psalm 139 will be read. I need Jesus to help me, because the root is deep and needs to be destroyed. I almost cried that's a good sign. Maybe I'm not to far gone? There is a lot of unresolved anger. Hi Debbie Blue, welcome to God's body. Now that you're part of His body, you must desire earnestly the sincere milk of the word of God. Like 1 Peter 2:2 says "Like new born babies, crave the pure spiritual milk of God's word, so that you may grow up in your salvation, now that you have tasted that the Lord is good." You grow in your salvation, that is, you must go beyond becoming a believer to hearing and doing God's word. You must WORK OUT YOUR OWN SALVATION WITH FEAR AND TREMBLING. That means that in reverence to God, you must live a life worthy of God's calling (Ephesians 4:1). To achieve this, you must be transformed by God's words by receiving with meekness the implanted words of God which is able to save your soul - your thoughts and emotions. These two things found in your "soul" do not in most cases change as you give your life to Christ, you must must make them align with God by washing them by the water of God's word. (See Romans 12:2, James 1:21-22, Ephesians 5:25-27) Summarily, now that you are in Christ, reading and knowing the Bible for yourself cannot be overemphasized. You find Jesus in His words. You are His disciple if you abide in His words. I'll advice you get a Bible study note and begin writing what you see in scriptures as you sit with your Bible.

Please Lord help us to trust more in you and to know you are with us 🙏 I have so much anger as well cause of this and meds have helped but mostly have made things real bad also and trying to get off them oh lord. 4:17 That's right. Something just happened, and I don't want to get angry, it is so hard to control your anger, and I knew that the devil was waiting to see how I dealt with it, and he couldn't wait for me to do the wrong thing, but unfortunately I have heard many sermons and especially from Pastor Craig where he talks about you mind, So i ran to my room and asked Jesus and the Holy Spirit to remove the anger. And then you can choose not to be angry anymore. I often say this too: this is the day which the Lord has made, and I will rejoice and be glad in it.

I would put everything that I want your guys' help on praying for but I don't really feel like going into detail so I'll just say this: I've been dealing with some pain and anger for 2 years now. I have an old friend that I dropped 2 years ago and I've been noticing for a while now that everytime he's mentioned or I'm reminded of him, I feel the need to almost grind my teeth, clench my fists, and I can feel my blood start to boil. I've been trying to forgive him from a distance, the reason why I don't try and reconcile with him is bc he is someone who lies a lot and loves to manipulate the truth for his own gain and benefit, and I feel like if I were to try and settle things with him in person, he'd just try to give me some full of crap excuse to explain himself and I don't wanna deal with that. And this anger for him intrudes on my friendships with other people who are more forgiving than me. I used to be more forgiving, myself, until my trust was broken again and again. Please pray that God helps me find some way to forgive this guy, I hate living with this anger for him but I always find myself ranting everytime I hear his name. I also need a prayer to help me trust God a lot more in my love life. I won't go into detail but there's this girl I have a bit of history with and I've come to love her so much. The problem is she hasn't been in my life for awhile but I'm still praying to God, hoping with every essence of my being that he'll eventually guide her back into my life. I keep praying for this with a lot of faith but find myself struggling with fully trusting in God's plan for me. Please pray for me, I don't like asking for a lot in other people but at this point, I just want some progress in this situation. I really don't mind waiting on God but that's where my fears, worries, and discouragement hit me the most

Hey man every time you get reminded of this guy and you get angry ask yourself what is the point of getting angry and ranting because at the end of the day that won’t help you and ask yourself what will your life look like once your free of this anger. Just forgive him and move on, holding grudges will never help you and keep on praying and trusting in God to deliver you from this anger.

It's counter intuitive...and it's Biblical. Pray for the guy. Especially when you are riled up. And pray that the girl gets the man God has made for her. Then, may God help you become the man she (or your intended spouse) needs. Bless you and let the Holy Spirit search you.

I need prayer because I'm having surgery on the 5th of October for bunions in my right foot. I feel anxious and furious as this surgery draws a lot closer each day, I feel angry that I have to go through this that I have to pay thousands of dollars for this surgery and I feel in a rage even though I knew all along that I had to get this done and I've planned it for a while. One thing I’ve noticed about my anger is the patterns that develop before an outburst. In the moment it feels like the outburst came out of nowhere. But when I reflect and unpack, I see there were unhealthy thought patterns that led up to the outburst. Paul tells us to take every thought captive and for good reason. Little seeds planted in our minds will lead to a harvest. Let us, as God’s people, allow the good seeds to be laid in the groundwork of our minds so we can harvest a garden full of righteousness and glory! (Scripture references 2 Corinthians 10:5; Romans 12:2)
