Her mom is as a bad mother and abusive when Farrah was growing up. So, with that information it makes more sense, but Farrah treats other people that way too, which is unacceptable. It’s all unacceptable, but I can’t understand it more with her parents because of her childhood. I don’t like Farrah, but I hate how her mom acts so innocent when she’s anything but innocent.

Many still don’t know that Debra was and is a very abusive mother, and Farrah was around that during her childhood. So don’t be surprised how she is acting towards her parents… And I think her dad didn’t protect her much…

He is her biological father, she has just chosen to call him Michael instead of dad, she refers to him as her dad but she doesn’t call him dad anymore. Idk but she treats her parents bad. In the clip at the restaurant when Sophia yelled at Farrah, she learned that from witnessing Farrah yelling at her parents.

I cannot believe Amber managed to go to rehab and not one professional there could tell she was high AF on pain pills. Her jaw is loose, her pupils were smaller than a head of a pin, the vocal fry... it is diabolical that this went undetected at a REHAB of all places. Also, Farrah was so vile to her parents. I understand that she was traumatised by her baby dad's death and her parents didn't support her through that, but they helped her tremendously with raising Sophia and moving her around the country. So ungrateful and so out of touch with the rest of the world.

I could tell that Amber was high at the rehab, it’s obvious… also I was abused as a child by my mom and I still treated her with respect when I got out of foster care and chose to go around her. So Farrah has no excuse. She should never act like that in front of Sophia, for any reason. And I think Maci was under a lot of stress when she was arguing with Kyle and got upset at Kyle for talking to her like that because she has trauma from her baby daddy Ryan treating her like he did. None of us are perfect, we learn and move on. Don’t let your past trauma affect your future and who you are. And never let your past traumas affect your relationships with your family and friends. It’s not worth it.

Yeah, Farrah sucks for that and for so many other things she’s done/said. But I believe that Debra isn’t as innocent as she pretends to be and some of the things she says to Sophia is so manipulative and not okay. Debra raised Farrah. Debra seems like a really passive aggressive and manipulative parent. I imagine that house was a nightmare to grow up in. That whole family is a dang mess and I really hope Sophia doesn’t grow up to be like Farrah or Debra.

I also found it weird in the last episode where her mom and stepdad were saying I’m moving Sophia away from “everyone she knows” would be far more traumatic than leaving her with her grandparents and being away from her mom. Like they were basically saying that they were more important to Sophia’s life and stability than her own mother.. which I could see why that would upset Farrah.

I’m not personally comfortable with it, because I’m still very new in the field, but many therapists incorporate touch in their sessions occasionally depending on what the purpose is for.
