I had this realization today that there are really just two states of being I experience in my life: living with an open heart and living with a closed heart. Today my heart is closed off because I had a challenging situation yesterday. I want to connect back to the open heart I had a few days ago in my meditation. Now I realized I only have to connect to the frequency of love. I had very early trauma, probably beginning in the womb. So the concept of "the love that we had" is not accessible. But I always had a profound love for God / spirit so I will just connect to my love for spirit. There is really nothing more I need to do. Thanks for making that clear to me. ❤️

Wow this was so needed for me as my big love in life and the love I felt for him was everything I ever wanted, it was heaven on earth. But he turned to fear after a while and choose control and negative emotions which destroyed me but today I see him as my biggest teacher for making me do this work and all I want for him is to heal and feel the love instead of the fear. Beautiful !! Thank you for your story of breakthrough. Lots of grief when we look for love in all the wrong places. Those places are shrouded in outside-in co-dependency and addiction. When we reach for higher identity and consciousness the grief evaporates and we’re left with only Love. Amazing how I have more Love now for a man I was married to 23 years ago than I did at that time. And even more amazing is that I can shine unconditional rays his way. We look for Love to fulfill purpose on Earth. Let’s invest in our internal Love account first and then be receptive to the partner that shares the same path and purpose.
