Sorry to butt in, ik this wasn't meant for me, but If Fitz's videos have been helping you mentally, keep watching them, and try to find other solace to keep your mind busy in a healthy way. I'm not gonna act like an expert, especially when seizures can be caused by a variety of different things, but I use to date someone who had absent seizures frequently, so I at least know stress can make it so much worse. I usually watch Smii7y crew or even H2O Delirious to escape, if you need any recommendations, I got you lol. Hope stuff turns around for the better for you. ☮
