So basically. Open face is opening the sandwich and putting it in the warmer (they come frozen then thawed in a fridge) it kind of crisps the inside more instead of having the bread taking majority of the heat!

Katie speaking her mind, unfiltered!!! about the fast food makes me smile - between Taco Bell’s beef tasting like cat food and BK using Horse Meat - in chicken even?? 😂😂 you guys aren’t probably going to be best buddies with those corporations. Love the truthful gut reactions though (literally)! Good news: I checked with SNOPES to confirm that the ‘horse meat at BK’ rumor was completely false. All product is USDA certified. Now it is beef so opposed by vegetarians and vegans. And it’s not super cuisine 😂 but rest assured the horse meat is a non-issue. So maybe once your palette is clear from this challenge you can once again enjoy a nice Whopper. 😀 On a happy note: how super it is to have a trusted, loving grandma (and other extended family) so close by to spend time with their beloved granddaughter. It’s hard to be away from your baby … especially an infant … especially your first one! So how wonderful that both H and G are filled with joy getting to spend time together … I’m not there yet, but I’ve heard that being a grandparent is about as joyful an experience as exists in life! So I’m really happy for your whole family, that you’ve grandparents so incredibly close by. EVERYONE benefits and has joy multiplied a million fold!!!

Oh my goodness! I am so concerned for you guys is Tommy. And yes, in Pennsylvania we call sprinkles jimmies. I’m not sure why, but that is what I grew up calling sprinkles. Although, times they are used interchangeably. Maybe that’s because sometimes people are not native to a certain area so they call a thing whatever is called where they were from. 11:15. I grew up in New Jersey back in the 1970s & 1980s. I DID sometimes call the sprinkles "jimmies," but I also called them "sprinkles." The name was interchangeable. I'm really not sure why.
