The sauce of palabok is made out of shrimps and tokwa. The orange color is achute which you let it seat in water so you can get the color. Then, you sprinkle pounded chicharon, shreded tinapa (fish), shrimps, boiled egg. With the noodles you can either use the bihon noodles or spaghetti noodles. Jolibi uses the bihon noodles. You can try the malabon version of palabok that is also so good. I usually would order extra chicharon bec it makes it more yummy.
