I finded that Vorazun is better than mengsk.She can solo this mutation with 0 damage on Fortress.İf you change your masteries to Duration 2 and time stop 28, İts beatable with zero damage.

having less damage on the fortress does not mean the commander is better.

the only thing i found possible to edit in masteries about time-stop is speed raising of units - did u mean that?
