Extra swing chance + with ele makes it a better chance for more damage, as far as the voice amp goes, I'd prefer to use the other heirloom if anything for 10% sacrifice of my health for 40% movement speed for 10 seconds. But i also like the tiny bit of health you get from the original neck looms also :p

You should show the location on the map in terms of where to find the gear as well as who you can obtain it from or who drops it. Sometimes explaining everything in a text isn't enough for most viewers, they benefit more from physically seeing locations and or npcs who sell the gear or mobs who drop the gear that way they have something to refer back to.

The only item I show which it might of been beneficial to others to show the location of is probs the garrison fishing hat everything else on the list is either Gf'd or already on youtube @ Resto - kzbin.info/www/bejne/fX-UmKyHdpikn6M.
