Because they won't get them money if they aren't op. Besides, this kind of unit won't last long in league cause only few will used them. Look at sentu with capture block, can't see him in league anymore Along with kalgara

Just save. Blueno is the only effective 1 here, Jabra is just a usual attacker which is only strong in it's release. There's lots of strong attacker out there that is better than him.
